"Un ottimo Hotel, tutto di qualità, servizio sempre attento e preciso, mai fatto una fila per mangiare o bere. Stanza pulita e accogliente, il cibo non era molto vasto, ma quello che si trovava era sempre fresco e di ottima qualità, che per me è la cosa che conta. Spiaggia attrezzata e piscine divertenti. Animazione tranquilla. Perfetto per le famiglie."

"L hotel é molto tranquillo, forse un po' troppo se si cerca un po' più di vita. Alle 22.30 tutti i bar a parte lo sky bar (a pagamento) chiudono. Ci vorrebbe un area comune con giochi e intrattenimento anche oltre l orario dello show."

"Access to the beach and the staff at the beach were very attentive. Also the staff receiving the cars are really kind. They offer a facility to shower if you leave late on the checkout day. That was great!"

"The best beach areas are reserved for the complex tenants and as a hotel host you cannot use them. The restaurants were full and queuing was long for breakfast"

"Loved the pool, Jacuzzi, beach, bocci ball, shuffle board. The staff are helpful and friendly. The service is quick and efficient. The resort is near a plaza which is a mini grocery store and restaurants which is very convenient. Access to public transportation is just outside the resort."

"Don’t like the room which I booked through Booking.com. I’m a member of the resort and so know the difference. The room is very outdated. Mini kitchen is so small. Hard to cook because the container to dry the plates, it and drinking glass and cups is on top of the stove. The bathroom is small, dark and musty. Toilet paper is so thin and rough. It’s like wiping a sandpaper on your butt. Didn’t request to clean the room but they did and did not replace any of the towels."

"Great facilities and location with a shopping mall within a 2 minute walk. There's a lot of available sun beds at the beach."

"Access to the gym is paid separately (around EUR 10 per visit) if you are not paying for the all inclusive package which seems excessive."

"The property is always clean and the staff is friendly. We appreciated that the 2 bedroom suite had 2 double beds and one king size bed (we were 6 and therefore no one had to sleep on the sofa bed, everyone had a bed in the Coba building.) In the main building the 2 bedroom suite has one double bed, one king size bed and a sofa bed so for 6 people we need to use the sofa bed.) Also: I love the palapas on the beach!"

"The drinks from the snack bar on the beach are clearly watered down. We noticed they were weak in 2023, but in 2024 the change was noticeable, there is barely any taste of alcohol at all."

"The beach was fantastic and kept very clean, and the food service near the beach was exceptionally good. The room (apartment for 6; incl. a 1-year and 3-year old) was nice, kept very clean, and very quiet. The pool was beautiful and kept very clean. The food was terrific. Staff was all very friendly. All very positive. Worth coming back!"

"Internet connectivity and availability was not always the greatest (but not bad either). Checking in took a long time and felt not very efficient. Some of the music at the pool was quite loud for families with small kids. We had an all-inclusive deal and would have preferred a set-up where a reasonable amount of tips would have been included in the deal to prevent having to think with each order what to do with the tip and not knowing where it would end up at the end of the stay."

"The Copan Skybar is absolutely beautiful but a complete joke. It should be a cash only bar, no reservations and every table should be full at all times. If you would.like for that bar to make alot of money please contact me. Whoever is running that should be fired immediately!!"
