"The property yard was lush and jungle-like with nice pool to cool off on hot days. The rooms were nice & clean and the aircon was very effective. We enjoyed our stay at Maison del Embajador in the historic center of Mérida a lot, it was a perfect location. Last but not least, we want to say our special thanks to the wonderful staff members Francisco & Emiliano who took so good care of my daughters & me during our visit. It was a pleasure to get to know you, thank you for everything!"
"Just a minor thing with few mosquitoes outside but that belongs to the season and anyhow they didn’t get inside the room."
"The price was fair, room was clean, spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is centrally located to many historical sites, CAFFE, FOOD STALLS AND market."
"Too many stairs to get to the 5th floor, elevator wasn't working, The background of the building, fountain and pool and plants was not like in the pictures as advertised. Maybe because it was low season?"
"The place is well located close to anything you need across from a beautiful parc staff wow"
"Elevator was down"
"Great location; beautiful common area and garden; spacious and quiet room; comfortable bed"
"The wifi was really choppy; the breakfast wasn't worth the price"
"the way everything is taken care of, friendly staff and importantly clean rooms"
"the pool was quite dirty, entering at night is very dangerous where you have to insert your key in the back of the flat to get light and electricity (terrible and dangerous idea) but overall no other complaints about the flat"

"Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! "

"Wonderful staff. Very good pool. Lovely grounds.00"
Neufeld Hotel J.B.

"This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very close to restaurants, stores and market as well as transportation and beaches. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs or roosters. The setup of the building is perfect to create a sanctuary around the pool area."
