"I I think the "free" breakfast needs a little extra attention; perhaps yogurt with the fruit, the offer of cereal and the offer of a second coffee would be nice. I'm only basing this on previous experiences in Puerto Vallarta at several other hotels that offer "free" breakfasts."

"Location, location, location! So.close to everything, it can't be beaten. Rooms are big, clean, there is hot water. Being the oldest hotel, the furniture is old but it has a certain charm. There is 24h security guards and staff at the reception desk. It is also next to the beach so you can hear the waves from the swimming pool. It has Happy hour too."

"While it's well located, it is on a noisy street that almost doesn't sleep so some rooms will have issues with noise. Small pool and quite small area for sunbathing. Free breakfast means a few slices of fruit, juice, coffee and a few slices of bad toast with butter (you need to ask for jam). Everybody buys extra breakfast. The food overall in the hotel"s restaurant is not the greatest."

"the location was very good. The hotel was situated ear the beach and a very interesting street. Lots to see and do. The hotel was reasonably priced but you could spend more and get an ocean view. The hotel has its own restaurant with an extensive menu and the service was excellent. All in all a good place to stayfor a visit around the romantic zone and the beaches."

"We had nothing we could criticise. If you wanted more quiet rent a room away from the street. The hotel's restaurant served all meals if you want and the service and food quality was very good. Our room was facing the street and the sound was not a negative for us. The city is very alive and from this ocation you had a large range of places to see and things to do."

"We stayed in a family room These rooms really need some renovations...just simple things. The mirror in bathroom full of rust. The curtains are so old torn and quite filthy...I don't think they have ever been washed...huge holes in the ones by the patio door"
