"Vicino al centro . Letti comodi .Abbastanza pulito e camera spaziosa .Nel complesso non male ."

"Al mattino piuttosto rumoroso da persone che non hanno cura di fare silenzio. Camera aggiungerei uno specchio grande visto che lo spazio c'è. Purtroppo non ha finestre la camera , quindi non si può arieggiare , ogni tanto ci sono strani odori . La piscina non è il massimo in quanto rimane all'interno ed è affacciata su tutte le camere .Non ho visto docce e non hanno sdraio dove fermarsi ad asciugare e rilassarsi È un luogo molto umido tutto l'hotel ."

"It wasn’t possible to open the blinds, which kinda leaves dark even thru the day time. Our room was towards the street, which made it really loud the night."

"The room is small and lighting was an issue as it seemed very dark. The indoor pool appeared unclean. On two occasions when we went out, upon trying to enter our room the key card didn't work. We had to get the key reprogramed twice. There was no sufficient bedding, just one sheet on the bed for us when housekeeping cleaned our room. May be we didn't tip the clean lady on those two days? The glass shower door was heavy and very difficult to slide open and close as the door was off the rollers or tracking system. Very tough for seniors to move the heavy glass door needed a lot of strength!"

"Location is perfect! Just 5 minutes from the Cathedral"

"The room! It had no windows and therefore humidity levels were way too high. You could also see that humidity problem on the walls. Dont come here if you have allergies like me. In addition there was a horrible smell coming out of the shower drain! Using the bathroom was definitely a bad experience."

"In the evening from 10pm till 2am there was a rock band near by at a bar that played most nights and it’s very difficult to sleep with the noise as its very loud, the rooms are not very soundproof, can hear everything when people are in the corridors."

"Location and covered parking were the only advantages as there is little to no parking in downtown Merida."

"The property did not have blankets available, no refrigerator, no microwave. Shower stall missing half door. Floors appeared they hsdn’t been swept and mopped properly; feet soles got dark after walking bare footed."

"Que en la habitación entregada, no servía el aire acondicionado, salían animalitos en el baño, se tardaba en salir el agua caliente, no servía la piscina, no me otorgaron posibilidades para tender las toallas y ropa húmeda, ni nos facilitaron la posibilidad de resguardar mi equipaje después del check out."

"El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Es fácil moverse por la ciudad gracias a la ubicación. El personal de limpieza fue bastante amable y servicial en todo momento,, incluso nos recomendaban lugares para comprar o para comer. Las habitaciones tienen una excelente relación calidad-precio."

"Al llegar, nos percatamos de que la piscina estaba cerrada por mantenimiento lo cual no se nos aviso previamente y el personal no supo darnos una fecha en la cual esta estaría abierta. Una de las razones principales por las cuales escogimos este hotel es por la alberca, fue una decepción enorme que en los 2 días que estuvimos ahí, no pudimos disfrutar de ella."
