"La posizione è ottima e la cagnolona Luna è super carina, le uniche cose positive. La colazione è buona semplice, offrono un menu a parte. per rimediare agli inconvenienti mi hanno regalato il servizio lavanderia che avevo richiesto"

"il bagno in comune non è quello mostrato nelle foto. Ho avuto problemi dal primo giorno: ho trovato cimici da letto e anche una blatta in camera. Quando ho chiesto allo staff il cambio lenzuola mi hanno “accusato“ di aver portato io le cimici da letto. Il bagno non è molto pulito, ma questo anche per la mancanza di considerazione di alcuni ospiti. Non esce acqua calda, solo tiepida."

"It was pretty conveniently located. Staff were nice and helpful. Beautiful courtyard, with birds in the trees."

"It was hard to get to because of all the one-way streets, but that's not their fault. Each room came with a free 500ml water bottle, but the rest you had to buy. The rooms come with one physical key, so if the people are splitting up, you have to coordinate so someone doesn't get locked out. (This is pretty common in Mexico, from our experience. So didn't impact the score, but just good to know if you're a few people sharing a room). Also, the "included parking" is a couple blocks away, and they have to let you in/out with a key, so someone has to walk you over. Also, while the room itself was nicely laid out, the sheets were a bit scratchy, so maybe not great for someone with sensitive skin."

"Great family run hotel in the historic Jalatlaco neighbourhood, lovely courtyard filled with wildlife and all of the family owned birds. Also has a terrace to relax on upstairs attached to the terrace of the cafe below, which overlooks the church, which is perfect for when not exploring Oaxaca. Also they provide a free basic breakfast which was a nice surprise!"

"I stayed in a room by one of the shared bathrooms which was a little noisy when people used it due to the cistern filling really slowly, but I asked to move which they said was no problem and didn't have any issues after that."

"Check in was easy, the room was as pictured and the beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. No insects, relatively quiet at night (for the area), and great location."

"At check in, the price charged was not the final price quoted when I booked, and what was appearing in my booking app and email. Getting up the stairs with the big suitcases was tricky, and no help was offered. Although the room matched the photos, it felt a lot smaller and there was no room to open the suitcases fully. There were no facilities to speak of - no TV, kettle, fridge or anything. Very basic, and very underwhelming for the price. Had paid half as much and been in much nicer places including full apartments in Oaxaca. Will book earlier next time."
