"Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto ampia e luminosa, con un angolo cottura anche se non attrezzato. Comodo il letto. Ampia la doccia. L'ambiente per la colazione luminoso ed ampio. La signora addetta alla preparazione dei piatti molto gentile. La posizione molto comoda, vicino alla metro e a poca distanza dal Paseo. Buono il wifi."

"Il lavandino non aveva acqua calda e lo scarico del water funzionava molto male. La colazione non aveva buffet ma veniva preparata dal personale ed era praticamente sempre uguale, pancake, frutta, uovo. La quantita' era non troppo abbondante. Solo il caffe' era a disposizione. L'ingresso dell'hotel alquanto povero..."

"I really enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchen. The hotel provides a box with all kitchenware for free, if you ask. My room was fully renovated and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, just about 5-7 minutes from La Reforma."

"As I was on the top floor, I was a little surprised by the sense that the building was slightly shaking when big vehicles were passing by the road underneath. However I was told that this is normal in the area and it is safe. There is some noise from outside but again, normal for hotels in front of a big road."

"The room was not prepared for 3 people. We had to ask for an extra pillow, duvet and sheets, even though the reservation was for 3. The sofa was in a very bad condition, small, dirty, and very uncomfortable. The cleaning was not done properly. Everyday there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor and not only. The room got hot easily as there was no ventilation, only the AC, and without it working it would have been unbearable. The people at the reception could smile more or be more proactive, it seemed that they did not want to be there. The breakfast was nothing special, would recommend doing it somewhere else."
