"Great location to my dental office in the neighbouring tower. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I found some of the staff to be so-so at the front desk whilst others were friendlier and more helpful."

"Rooms are a bit dated. My first night I didn’t have any hand towels, only a wash cloth and bath towel. I also didn’t have a bath mat the first night so used a wash cloth to step on after my shower. I also appreciate that many hotels are contracted with airlines. But the China Airlines flight attendants and pilots were so incredibly rude, they rushed up to the desk on both sides me as I was checking in and were talking over me. So obnoxious! I finally asked them if they wanted to read the details of my registration information as they were right on top of me. I have worked with hotels for decades. Some hotels have key packets with matching registration cards already prepared in advance and a dedicated line for when they arrive."

"Friendly, some English spoke English and they were very helpful staff. Great to meet other English speaking and likeminded people. Facilities were fantastic."

"The shower in my room was outdated, and the water wasn't too warm. I think it would be good to have sugar, milk, honey and a spoon in the bedroom, for the coffee facilities Mirror facing the bed i personally think isnt good. But these are my preferences and observations. I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will come again"
