The staff was very friendly at all times, except for one occasion with a young woman who answered my room service call. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. "I didn't like that I paid the same price for two rooms that were not the same at all, one was bigger than the other, I wouldn't have bothered if they had reduced the price for the smaller one.
