"Camera bella grande, con tutto il necessario, c’era anche un tavolino con divanetto, la vista mare che anche se presentata come parziale non era così tanto parziale come ci aspettavamo, le zone comuni dell’hotel molto belle e pulite, al checkout ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno fatto usare la doccia della piscina e ci siamo potute cambiare dopo la spiaggia prima di andare in aeroporto, é stato comodissimo É stato comodo avere il grande supermercato proprio accanto che era aperto fino a tardi"

"Location was fantastic, and the free drinks were a nice touch. We loved the breakfast, comfy bed and option to pay extra to check out late really helped when we had a late night flight home."

"The room stunk of drains, that we had to block the plugs with a wet flannel to stop the smell in the room. Since you cannot open a window on the 8th floor, and the air con couldnt filter the smell, we had to keep our front door open to ventilate"

"However, a four-star hotel should offer a much better breakfast, and the breakfast area is too small. Balconies in the rooms would be a great addition, but unfortunately there are none, and even the windows cannot be opened."

"In the hotel, we found a spacious room, a comfortable bed, and a fridge. The supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. The staff speak English whay is very useful. The location is perfect. Coco Bongo and other nightlife clubs are just around the corner. There is also an amazing white-sand beach right behind the hotel."

"Adjacent and connected to the convention center. Big room, comfortable bed, very good wifi, very friendly & helpful staff. Had an early morning tour and we were provided with a packed lunch which was very nice."

"Great location close to beautiful beach but also to the centre of night life. You can walk everywhere. The bed was insane, so far one of the most comfy I tried when travelling around Mexico. Clean, quiet, great having the open bar it definitely adds points. Staff super lovely. Recommended"
