"Everything Ahmed has been very helpful and reactive all the time, even before we booked the accomodation. He was always there for us when we needed, always doing everything he could to make this stay unforgettable. The girls cooked for us some delicious food, always with the smile and they made our room every morning very clean and nice. The guys on the boat to take us surfing were super friendly, always ready to take us to different spots at whatever time we will ask. They even took us surfing 1h30 away from the island! They took some very nice pictures of us surfing with our camera, spending hours doing it in the heat. I was amazed.. The bbq they made for us at the beach was delicious!! Thanks so much to all of you to have made this holidays epic! Oh and the room we had was super big!! We didn't expect that at all for the price.."

"This is a great place to stay. The island isn’t swarmed by tourist as it is quiet far out, which does make it more expensive to get to, however once you are there it is very cheap. This company offered us great activities for really cheap prices, we went dolphins watching on a boat which was magical and cost about £10 when we went to a different island later on they tried charging £70 for the same activity. The staff are friendly and they serve food on the top floor of the hotel. There is also another hotel on the island which has a pool table and other pub games. Everyone met here on a nightly bases and it had a real sense of community."

"Just about everything! The accommodation was excellent. Good size bedrooms, comfortable beds, ac and fan, covered spot to put surfboards away. The staff are amazing, the girls (Bidi and Rose)are just incredible! Always happy, organized, and cook super well. The captains know the surf spots very well and are super ok to help with photos! Ahmed made us feel welcomed and help us in many ways with ferry tickets to other islands and accommodation. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The island is beautiful, of course the plastic is a problem like other islands, but I'm sure the council has a plan to fix it soon. The surf spots are incredible! Three surf spots just around... Only one for beginners !"

"The owner of hotel is a par exelance man.He do it for me everything that I asked. Hotel staff are great. The meals in restourant is excelent. Everything is clean. Near the two beach. The water iņ sea are beatiful and amazing. The peasants is good,friendly."

"The staff here make the place - host Ahmed is very friendly and willing to help and can also book speedboats for you. The highlight of this place is the two Nepalese women, Roshani and Fijita, who cook amazing meals for $8 (lunch and dinner) as well as the included breakfast. They were always friendly and cheerful and helpful. My room was large and clean. However, several things need fixing - e.g the TV, some of the door locks, the weights machine upstairs (listed as fitness room but it is not. There is an outdoor gym nearby but it is not a proper gym)."

"Unfortunately there is nothing to see or do except a couple of coffee/tea lounges. The island is also one of the dirtiest I have ever seen - it is covered n trash and there are rubbish heaps everywhere, including on Sunrise Beach which you cannot swim on as it is dirty, very shallow and full of rocks. There is a 'private' beach made for tourists, a very small beach with six sunlounger chairs (three of which are broken), a hammock and a swing. Unfortunately you cannot really swim here either as it is also shallow and full of rocks but suitable for paddling or small children. If you want to swim, or snorkel, you have to pay for an excursion to a nearby island. This can be $15-35 depending on the island and number of people and Ahmed organises this. The organisation and communication for this could be better. I paid $25 for a surf trip and $10 to rent the board (which was not included) and was disappointed. I was told the surf was ok for beginners, and expected someone to be surfing with us as this is normal for surf excursions. The two guys on the boat just took us to a point ,where the was no surf at all so it waw a wasted trip. We went to the beach for 30 minutes so I ended up spending $35 just to do that. Also, despite being told it was suitable for beginners, it is not - this is more for professional surfers. Even the board I was given was not suitable for a beginner as it was very small and light. I do not recommend this. The snorkelling trip was much better, although we left 30 minutes late due to waiting for a inconsiderate guest. When we got to the boat, we were told they had no snorkelling equipment so had to get it from our hotel, so we then had to walk back. There was no communication to us or between the boat and the hotel about this which was frustrating. We were going to give up on the trip but were then given the equipment to use 'for free (which it should be anyway!). These guys are not professionals but locals."

"The main advantage is Finimas staff, Ahmed did something special to arrange the best experience being on Thimarafushi island. Fresh fish and lobsters, cooking with captain Vishal, introduction into local life, perfect coffee from Ahmed's friend. The private beach is remote, but we had no problems with its visiting, as hotel provides bikes. It was quite romantic at night"

"Don't expect 5star hotel conditions, it's a value for money stay. It's not recommended for those who expect every day cleaning and onboard eating. Not sure it's convenient for staying with small kids"

"Отлично отдохнули! В номерах очень чисто и удобно. Вначале номер и душ показались небольшими, но продумано всё очень хорошо, и было комфортно. Удобные балкончики для отдыха и общие холлы на каждом этаже. На острове есть магазинчики, и цены хорошие. В Википедии и интернете об этом острове достоверной информации почти нет. Тут комфортно. А дикие острова на атолле - это потрясающее удовольствие. Трансфер едет до острова 4 часа, но как оказалось, это не сложно. Не укачивает, и очень комфортные кресла. Можно не бояться долгого переезда)) Рошани спасибо за каждую помощь и потрясающие поездки! Прекрасно приготволенные ужины. Рекомендую! Сок из жёлтого арбуза и бургеры, стейки из лосося))"
