"La connessione wi-fi non è stabile e la TV non capta i canali per via dell'altezza..da considerare per una permanenza più lunga. L'acqua della doccia rimaneva tiepida ma visto il caldo per noi non è stato un problema. In caso di cli.a più freddo andrebbe rivista anche questa cosa."

"We stayed at Hotel Chalets Chamarel from 12 to 15 February with my wife, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Mauritius. The location is absolutely breathtaking - waking up in the mountains with panoramic views over the west coast and the ocean below feels unreal. Sunsets from the infinity pool are simply magical and worth the stay alone. The chalets are private, peaceful and perfectly integrated into nature. You feel completely disconnected from the world - in the best possible way. Everything was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant deserves special mention - delicious food, beautiful presentation and a terrace view that makes every breakfast and dinner feel special. What we appreciated most was the atmosphere - calm, romantic and intimate. It’s a perfect place for couples who want quiet, nature and quality time together. Thank you for such a warm and memorable stay. We would absolutely love to come back again."

"You are sleeping inside a natural park, so you are bound to encounter the local fauna. Not the right place for someone who cannot stand bugs, snails or frogs. The access road can be difficult at some points"

"The chalet was nice and cosy. Even the wardrobe was thoughtfully integrated into the kitchenette area. The view was absolutely amazing."

"The check-in process could be smoother. Although parking was indicated as booked for us in the reservation, we had to look for parking by ourselves. We also needed to walk to the check-in area, return to the car parked in a public space some distance away, and later move the car ourselves after checking for availability closer to the chalet. This was a little inconvenient, especially given the uphill road. The food did not fully meet our expectations"

"Hard to find, they need to provide some routing details for getting there. Small and quite dirty pool. Also, there were problems with doors locks, and seems they been fixed many times not properly."
