"Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto comoda e utile la cucina compresa la lavatrice. Vicina al lungomare di S. Paul's e molto facile raggiungere le varie fermate del bus. Nei dintorni sono presenti tantissimi minimarket etnici, ma non tutti hanno le cose di prima necessità. Aria condizionata rigenerante per i giorni molto accaldati."

"Ausreichend und praktisch eingerichtet für ein bis zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Ein Schmankerl ist die Waschmaschine. Zwischendurch wird das Apartment auf Wunsch auch durch einen Reinigungsdienst gereinigt. Küche und Bad sind ausreichend groß, im Bad ist auch eine schöne große Dusche. Der Wasserdruck ist in Ordnung. Warmes Wasser wird über ein Boiler generiert. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und Antworten sofort auf jede Frage oder Hinweis das ist sehr angenehm und man fühlt sich, obwohl man sich persönlich nicht kennt, sehr gut betreut."

"Da das Apartment sehr klein ist, ist kein Platzfür Kleiderschränke. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Darüber hinaus kümmert sich die übergeordnete Hausverwaltung nicht um den Innenhof. Dieser ist voller Müll und wegen Undichtigkeiten läuft auch Abwasser hinein. Die zwei Fenster des Apartments befinden sich zum Innenhof. Leider hat man dies dann immer vor Augen. Das ist sehr schade,"

"In guter Lage, alles gut erreichbar. Modernes Bad und großes Bett. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden (Föhn, Steckeradapter...). Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern. Self-Checkin, also auch später Check-in möglich."

"Gerüche in dem Hausgang sind sehr intensiv und nicht sehr angenehm. Zieht teilweise auch in die Wohnung. Geräuschpegel ist höher, da die Nachbarn teilweise viel zuhören sind."
