"camera al 17 piano, molto ampia e dotata di ogni comfort pulitissima e con una vista top logisticamente perfetto per gli spostamenti e per autobus e navette servizio taxi sempre presente Gentili a darci in anticipo una delle due camere al nostro arrivo la mattina per consentirci il deposito zaini"
"purtroppo i locali ai piani inferiori (esterni al casinò) chiudono tutti "presto".. per mangiare bisogna essere a tavola entro le 21 perchè alle 21.30 raccolgono le ultime ordinazioni e tra le 22 e 22.30 chiudono Per noi che siamo dei tiratardi è stato un "peccato" dover mangiare velocemente.."

"This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, with shops and food court inside the hotel. Location is convenient and the room is big and nice. I like the snacks from free mini bars. Very nice 🤭 The hotel members also very polite and helpful. 👍"
"The pillows too soft for me. I also don't appreciate the bathroom design as the "bathtub" is too high for those who is short like me. Very dangerous to climb up and down when showering. I prefer normal walk in standing shower with glass door."

"Everything! The room I stayed in is one of the best room I ever been in my life! It is furnished of everything you can need for your stay! The windows are huge and the room is very bright! The bed is soooo comfortable! The bathroom is an open space and I liked that. I recommend it for very close friends, couples ir solotravel though. The staff was so kind, carefully and very quick! Such a beautiful service! They all speak very good English and are there to assist you in every need! The hotel is in a huge complex, everything is inside, you don't need to go out for anything at all! The Casino is very big, you can drink, eat, smoke and enjoy a lovable gambling time! I recommend a stay here, if you are in Macao!"

"Tutto perfetto Staff eccezionale . comunicazione semplice ed efficente.. drink di benvenuto e check inn and out molto veloci.. deposito di 500hkd per la sicurezza che vengono restituiti quando si effettua il check out.. qualsiasi richiesta al 99% viene esaudita... Stanza grande e assolutamente in linea con una stanza 5 stelle.... se torno a Macao .tornerò sicuramente in questo Hotel.. per muoversi basta prendere i bus .. la prima fermata utile si trova a 300 -400 metri dall hotel ... Colazione poi da sogno.. di tutti i tipi..."
