St. Regis Macao

"The St. Regis Macao è semplicemente bellissimo. Hotel curato in ogni dettaglio, con un’eleganza raffinata che si percepisce appena entri. La stanza è top: ampia, silenziosa, letto comodissimo e finiture di altissimo livello. La colazione è super, ricca, di qualità eccellente e con un servizio sempre attento e puntuale. Un plauso speciale va al servizio maggiordomo, davvero impeccabile: presente ma mai invadente, estremamente gentile e premuroso. La sera ci ha fatto trovare anche due pastéis de nata come buonanotte, un gesto semplice ma che fa la differenza e ti fa sentire davvero coccolato. Un soggiorno che unisce lusso, comfort e attenzione autentica per l’ospite. Un hotel che lascia il segno e che sceglierei di nuovo senza esitazioni."

"Sia sul piano che all’interno della stanza c’era uno strano odore, simile a fumo “vecchio”, non come se qualcuno avesse fumato in quel momento, ma più come un odore impregnato nella moquette o nell’aria, che purtroppo è rimasto per tutta la durata del soggiorno."

"Service was exceptional to the smallest detail. some small things make the stay unforgettable.,eg Bellman Jeff took a photo of us and returned with the photo in a frame and a a St Regis mascot as a present. On cheking out the concierge gave us a box of biscuits and a second mascot to keep company to the previous one. The bellman Jeff, mentioned above, took every care of us . The hotel although located on the casino strip is very quiet and more classy than the neighbors Londoner, Conrad, Venetian etc.. Breakfast is excellent."

"Amazing stay at st regis. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and lots of seating space. We also went to the bar for the live music highly recommended. Staff were all very kind and attentive. Very comfortable pillows. Great value for money. Nice pool and spa area could spend hours here before you leave"
