"Ci è piaciuto assolutamente tutto. L'hotel è stato restaurato in maniera esemplare! Ogni elemento, ogni pezzo, ogni dettaglio, è un viaggio nel tempo, che ci ha trasportato ai primi anni 30 del 900. Potessi mettere 11 come punteggio, lo farei!"

"Struttura eccellente. Ambiente incantevole, ogni particolare è curato, dall'arredamento ai suoi complementi, fino alle amenities a disposizione del cliente. Personale estremamente disponibile e cordiale dall'uscere alle ragazze in sala ristorante fino alle adette alle pulizie."
"Onestamente non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto, al massimo potrei dire che è stato laborioso all'inizio capire che luci, tende etc vengono comandate via telefono, ma una volta capito é andato tutto liscio"

"Hotel in ottima posizione a due passi da Largo do Senado. L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato con un arredamento e con finiture che, a seconda del piano, riprendono gli stili anni 20, 30 e 40 del novecento nei minimi dettagli; il risultato è veramente eccellente. Le stanze sono molto confortevoli. Si può scegliere tra una colazione di tipo continentale o cinese che viene servita al tavolo (non a buffet) ed è di ottima qualità."

"Yet to find flaws of the hotel. If need to find fault, Maybe not enough space to place own toiletries on the vanity top in the bathroom & oh, unable to blow & style hair as the switch is too far from the mirror."
"Love the vintage furnishings like the room phone and the hotel lifts in the art deco style. The shower was strong and room itself was lavish, clean and comfortable - albeit in quite an awkward layout as ours was a corner room. We had to shift some furniture around to make more space for ourselves. Would recommend this hotel as it's value-for-money!"
"The breakfast wasn't very much to shout about. We were only given 2 choices each morning - Chinese or Western style. And because we couldn't choose the individual items in each, there would always be things we didn't like or couldn't eat, and hence, food wastage. I also didn't like the fact that coffee/tea couldn't be topped up or refilled. Overall, a lack of choice."

"This fab hotel is right in the centre of the beautiful historic district. Clean, comfy and 5-star service with handy tech features mixed into the luxury heritage rooms. We stayed on the 1940s-themed floor in a twin room - beautiful interiors, lovely view of the surrounding area, and a big bathroom. The mini-bar was included and we got a new bottle of top-notch wine every day plus snacks etc. Plus a complimentary drink at the cute rooftop bar on the 1st night. Brekky was also delish!"
