"L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. La résidence est calme et sécurisée. Le quartier est desservi par les transports en commun. Le petit centre commercial en bas d'immeuble facilite le quotidien. La place de parking est un luxe car le stationnement est payant dans toute la ville.
