"Il design dell'hotel è interessante. La stanza è molto piacevole e le dimensioni sono abbondanti. La nostra si sviluppava maggiormente in lunghezza con vista sulla grande vetrata. Il terrazzino che guarda il fiume davvero carino e silenzioso. La zona spa molto curata e piacevole. Il percorso verso il centro città è tranquillo lungo il fiume (circa 15 min.) o anche in direzione del parco è bello. La colazione è molto varia a buffet e la sala del ristorante è luminosa ampia e ben arredata. Non abbiamo provato la gym ma ci è parsa veramente piacevole e grande con vista sul fiume."

"La prima grande delusione è stato il fatto che non avessero le biciclette: si leggeva nella descrizione e ci contavamo perchè l'hotel è proprio lungo la pista ciclabile e avremmo potuto fare molti più giri senza fatica. Purtroppo la città non è ancora dotata di bike sharing nè abbiamo trovato un noleggiatore. La seconda piccola delusione è stata la colazione: non proprio il livello che ci aspettavamo, molta varietà ma qualità così così (succhi confezionati, uova precotte e croissant non freschissimi). Solo l'ultimo giorno ho visto che altri (business) avevano chiesto uova espresse e così ho fatto anche io :-) Peccato anche il letto piccolino (alla francese) quando tutto sommato lo spazio c'era...Infine il bagno vetrato...una tenda è stata messa ma il wc rimane a vista dalla zona ingresso della camera, a quel punto un vetro acidato sarebbe stato meglio (oltre che la porta scorrevole non chiude bene). Ultima cosa: le signore delle pulizie prima di entrare dovrebbero bussare."

"The breakfast was very good. What was really impressing was the huge salle/chambre where we were offered breakfast which was spacious and offered nice views to the riverside."

"The misunderstanding with the staff ie although we booked breakfast the staff tried to convince us that we did not. I had to show the email that I received from booking. com in order to convince them that breakfast was included in the price that we have paid for the booking. Additionally, in the internet site, the hotel management should make it clear whether it charges an extra cost for the parking or not."

"This hotel is perfect. Great location, 20 min walking from city center. Beautiful walk by the river. The bed is super comfy. Everything was so clean. The breakfast is great. The staff are gentle and helpful. I loved the spa."

"The hotel was perfect. The location was also great. My room was too clean. I suggest that hotel to everyone who visits to Skopje. The staffs were really kind and respectful. I’m glad to bought with breakfast. There is no way to cannot find something to eat with that breakfast. I also had a dinner at the restaurant and i really enjoyed it. Thanks for all of them."

"The room has exceed my expectations. The location of the hotel was great, next to the national stadium and the park and at only a few minutes from the center. The staff was kind and friendly. The restaurant had very good food. The breakfast was delicious too."
