"Our stay at Black Chalet was absolutely wonderful! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, the house is brand new, spotless, and beautifully furnished with everything you might need. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous — truly made us feel at home. Every detail, from the high-quality furniture to the cozy atmosphere, was perfect. "Great location! It is located in a small Orahovac village away from overcrowded Dobrota and Perast. Five minutes walki to the beach. Very beautiful view. Astonishing view on Kotor bay from the veranda, mountains on the left and far in the distance. One million dollar view, as they say in America. :-) Basically everything you need for your daily routine is there. Big kitchen (with air grill!), fridge, air conditioner etc. The apartment is very clean and comfy. Swimming pool outside, 20 meters away from the apartment. The place is very well looked after, the guy is there everyday to keep the place running."

"Stančić je sladak, udoban i na odličnoj lokaciji. U blizini su prodavnice, hipermarket, pekara, ima mesta za parking, u blizini su i parkići gde smo mogli da prošetamo našu kucu. Posebna pohvala za pet friendly polisu."
