Hotel Florence

"Posizione fantastica, hotel immerso nel verde di un parco e nei pressi di tre meravigliosi laghetti. Che dire? Il riposo è assicurato! La struttura è di costruzione recente, la camera era ampia e completa di tutto; colazione ottima, con scelta tra quella locale e quindi "tipica" e quella "dolce" all'italiana. I gestori ti fanno sentire come se tu fossi a casa tua. Nei pressi della struttura c'è la fermata del bus n.4 che in circa 15 minuti vi lascia sulla strada principale di Chisinau (Bulevardul Stefan cel Mare). Nelle vicinanze potrete trovare diversi supermercati e numerosi ristoranti."

"Nella stanza faceva molto freddo, nella stanza era acceso solo un termosifone su due e la stanza era molto grande, e non era possibile accendere l'aria condizionata per riscaldare perché non c'era il telecomando, e quando ho chiesto alla reception il telecomando mi è stato detto che non era possibile averlo."

"The room was cold, running only on ac. We requested an extra heater and they gave us one. The bathroom was not very clean (mostly the shower) and we didn’t get our towels changed in the 4 nights there."

"Well,to say the room is huge ,do not say nothing, it is extremely huge ,10 people can fit. Feeling like u are a Queen, all room in decorated king style carpet .the atmosphere is really nice .beautiful night lamps. Location is good. Inside of garden ,from hall u can see swimming pool area, well decorated. Unusual king and queen 👸 styles .Unfortunately no elevator,but u can ask help from reception personal."

"Tt was a very pleasant hotel in the middle of a park. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and kind and gave us a lot of information about Chisinau and Moldova. The service was excellent and we will like to thank the stuff very much! Our room was spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. Bathroom was perfect. The place was clean and nice. We had parking space. Breakfast was also included in the price. Everything was perfect!"

"Everything was fine. If you are traveling by car be careful because the sign on the main road does not mention Hotel Royal Florence but Royal parking"
