"La colazione è stata pagata e su 4 mattine l'abbiamo avuta una volta sola. Addirittura la quarta mattina nella zona che sarebbe stata della colazione dormiva il proprietario con una montagna di panni sporchi. Nella zona "giorno" si trova l'accesso senza porta della camera del proprietario e quindi non c'è la possibilità di rilassarsi e poter stare anche solo a chiacchierare liberamente. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato per un alloggio e ci siamo trovati in una cameretta di circa 10 m2. La camera si trovava nell'alloggio condiviso con tutta la famiglia del proprietario e altri 3 ospiti. Non è accessibile per chi ha problemi motori (come la sottoscritta) trovandosi su 3 piani con una scala invece che solo su un livello come scritto nel portale. Si trova nella parte vecchia del centro ma in una zona non frequentata dai turisti e di notte è meglio essere in compagnia. Non sono a disposizione nessuno dei servizi descritti. Non lo consiglio assolutamente."

"I like to be amongst the drama and culture of a City so the location of the property more than delivered on this for me. Simo the owner , is such a lovely guy and great host he really couldn’t do enough for me. Sadly due to excessive rain storms Simo had to move me which I was very appreciative of. The property is very old and you are staying in a true Moroccan Riad, rustic and in amongst it all just a stones throw from the souks. In summary, great host and comfortable property, it will continue to evolve over time so just be prepared for a rustic style stay."

"So the location is literally close to the Souks. But if you return to the property after 10pm the gates to the souks are locked but google maps continues to try and navigate you back to the property via the maze that is the souks, which simply doesn’t work. I never went the same way twice. It’s perfectly safe and there are always some locals looking to make a quick buck to show you the way which to be fair I would have been lost without them - c est la vie. Done aware that on one evening a local was asking more money than others has asked, he became insistent and there was almost an altercation which thankfully never escalated."

"Marrakech is a real maze and it takes a moment to be aware of your surroundings. We stayed for 3 nights and firstly we should highlight the wonderful tratment we recieved by Simo and the staff. We arrived bearly at 2 am and we were pleasently greated, offered food and beverage even at that time. The bed was confortable and the room was spacious. Very good breakfast with homemade products.. I would like to return."

"Very Friendly hosts. At first, the breakfast wasn't very good, but the next day it was excellent. The host was also very kind to drop me off at a SIM card dealer via motorbike"

"The Wi-Fi was very poor during my stay, and I had to reset it several times to get a decent connection. This made it very difficult to book and plan activities, etc. Furthermore, I didn't expect the host to be staying in the property during my stay, and I thought I would have the entire property to myself. However, it was only on one night that the host (Simone) disturbed my sleep through loud talking/shouting; the rest of my stay, they were very respectful, etc. I believe the host is having issues with his manager, so he had to be at the property with his wife and kids; however, this wasn't revealed in the advertisement. The Bidet was not set up, and when I informed the host, he didn't offer any explanation as to why and said it wouldn't be fixed. Moreover, the toiletries weren't ready when I arrived, and I had to request them from the host. Apparently, toothpaste is not included as a toiletry? (They did supply it in the end, however.)"

"Rien Très sale humidité les fenêtres ne se ferment pas. J'ai payer pour une chambre avec. Clim et télé . On avais rien du tout.. une vrai prison ..du linge qui traine partout.. c'est une honte je déconseille du coup nous devions passer une semaine nous sommes rester 2 jours et prix un billet retour .. j'espère que booking va retirer ce taudit de leur offres."

"L'hôte était très gentil et nous a bien aidé pour la navette entre l'aéroport et le Riad, le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. De plus, l'emplacement du Riad est au milieu de la Médina donc tout est faisable à pieds ce qui est un bon plus."

"La chambre n'était pas ce qu'on attendait, il n'y avait pas la moitié de l'équipement décrit dans l'annonce à notre arrivée. La chambre était très petite et il n'y avait qu'un lit double au lieu de deux lits comme précisé dans l'annonce. Cependant une fois le choc passait nous avons passé un bon séjour."

Era bonito, pero nos engañaron con el parquin, vamos que no hay y te intentan timar para que pagues, te dicen que no puedes pasar con el coche, lo cual es mentira para acompañarte y sacarte pasta, lo mismo con el aparcamiento. Además la ventana no tenía cristal osea no había ventana y como llovía pues nada, cama de agua, entraba el agua por la ventana que justo está encima de tu cabeza. También es mentira lo de que te ponen el desayuno."

"Booking colocou como estadia 3 estrelas, não é nem 1 estrela. Lugar péssimo. Não havia ninguém para recepcionar. Depois de acharmos um atendente (ligando via celular), esperamos mais de 2 horas até que pudéssemos utilizar o quarto. O quarto estava imundo. Wi-fi não funcionava. Não foi servido o café da manhã mencionado. As fotos não condizem com o lugar. Má iluminação. O responsável chegou horas depois, e visivelmente embriagado e cheirando a álcool. Dizia que tinha sofá cama, mas não tinha. Um dia hóspedes dormiu no chão."
