"È un riad moderno e raffinato con solo 6 camere La camera molto carina anche se non troppo grande con una grandissima doccia walk-in La terrazza superiore dove viene servita la colazione in caso di bel tempo molto curata con una piccola vasca idromassaggio e lettini per prendere il sole La struttura offre anche hamman e massaggi La colazione molto buona anche se non troppo abbondante con macedonia di frutta fresca latte caffè succo fresco d'arancia pane burro marmellata Il personale molto gentile Situato a 15minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jemaa El Fnaa Non do' 10 solo perché la mattina del check out dovevamo partire alle 7 abbiamo chiesto se ci facevano la colazione prima come in altri riad ma il ragazzo ci ha fatto solo il caffè con il latte e 4 piccoli biscotti nonostante l avessimo pagata"

"A beautiful oasis, in the heart of the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were very lovely and attentive from start to finish, our room was perfect and had great upkeep of cleanliness throughout our stay thanks to house keeping. The food was great and fairly priced. The whole place made mine and my partner’s stay very special and we will definitely be returning."

"We spent our one-week vacation at Riad Dar 73, and it was the best choice. Riad is literally around the corner from the Bahia Palace on the edge of the medina, a few meters from a square where you can do your shopping and where there is a pick-up point for trips from Marrakech. The riad itself is an absolutely charming place, everything is clean, well-maintained, and tuned to the last detail, very cozy, and has a beautiful terrace. The team that takes care of the riad and guests is very nice. Thank you to Said for the warm welcome and helpfulness! You can buy water and alcohol at the riad and order food. Cleaning takes place daily."

"The rooms are tiny, and it may be important for some people to know that the shower has no door. We were a little disappointed with the breakfasts; we would have appreciated more variety and savory options (there were almost none)."

"Excellent location, very peaceful and easy access to taxis. Right next to Bahia palace was a bonus. A modern, very stylish Riad, with beautiful Moroccan accents. There is a feeling of serenity and grace throughout this establishment, with exquisite design touches. Spotlessly clean throughout, and the rooms were spacious. Excellent showers and thick towels as well as the bedding. Above all, the hosts were very kind, and eager to assist. All staff members treated as family and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and delightful. Even small gestures as turning on the fountain for us, playing mesmerising music, meeting our dietary needs, cooking for us, providing us with teas. We truly felt at home. I appreciated very much their assistance with securing a taxi for the airport."
