"Labai gera vieta. Šalia kanalas, pats centras. Patogu pasiekti karinius ir istorinius objektus. Arti maitinimo įstaigos, tramvajus. Bute yra viskas ko reikia. Name tik keturi butai, todėl ramybė garantuota 😁👍"

"Tuvu centram, ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta. Tīrs, kārtīgs, jauks, dizainiski interesants dzīvoklītis 1.cilvēkam. Dzīvoklis ziemā silts. Bildēs ir malkas krāsns, bet tai ir dizainisks pielietojums. Dzīvoklis tiek apkurināts ar elektrību. Ziemā bija silti!"

"Ja vienam cilvēkam, tad cena par augstu piedāvājumam. Diviem būs pašauri, 3 cilvēkiem nav piemērots. Guļamistabas gulta vairāk piemērota 1.cilvēkam, otram būs jāguļ viesistabā uz dīvāna. Arī vannasistabā un virtuvē pašauri, bet viss tīrs! Tas priecē!"

"Kokybės ir kainos santykis tikrai puikus. Lokacija taip pat neblogą, iki paplūdimio šiek tiek tolokai pėsčiomis, bet visa kita puikų. Bute netrūko nieko, yra visko iki smulkmenų. Rekomenduoju."
