"Guesthouse perfetta con proprietari gentili e aperti. Persone veramente piacevoli e professionali. Accoglienza, camera, bagno, pulizia, colazione, servizi in camera e spazi comuni interni (compresa una sala all'ultimo piano dove poter leggere, giocare a ping-pong o ad altri giochi): livello eccellente. Giardino e particolari come oggetti/quadri/mobili: superlativi. Colazione abbondante, varia, originale, di qualità e servita in maniera impeccabile. La struttura è vicina al villaggio ed la spiaggia a due passi a piedi. 10 è una valutazione troppo bassa per Pilava Guesthouse. Ci vuole la lode ed anche di più. Peccato essere stati una sola notte. Grazie per averci ospitato."

"Beautiful place with a personal touch. The environment was very cosy - a beautiful garden with flowers and trees, modern traditional architecture. A lot of art pieces around. It was a unique, calm, seaside experience. Will come back with my beloved ones."

"Guesthouse, yard and nearby beach were just beautiful. Accomodation was very functional with art and and a hint of luxury. The hosts were hospitable and surrounded by positive energy. Breakfast was very good. Possibility to do laundry was good for us bicyckle travellers."

"Mitten in einem wunderschönen Garten und 30 Sekunden von einem kleinen Strand gelegenes separates Haus mit vier oder fünf Zimmern, nebenan wohnen die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber – selten fühlt man sich als Gast so willkommen. Im diesem großzügigen Gästehaus (aus Holz) gibt es eine Ebene für die Allgemeinheit mit Tischtennis, Sofas, ... Gegen kleinen Aufpreis gibt es ein liebevollst zubereitetes Frühstück. Im Ort gibt es einen längeren Sandstrand, das gute Restaurant "Otra Puse" und die originelle Ausspeisung im Supermarkt "Hostelis Ķipītis". Insgesamt Entspannung und Wohlfühlen pur!"

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
