"The condition of the apartments is new, fully renovated. Excellent service at reception. Large, free private parking. The apartment is very spacious, and the living room design is very nice. Everything you need was in its place. Additional heating in the shower was provided."

"Some essential kitchen utensils were missing (for example, a spaghetti colander). The floor on the first floor was cold (it was winter, -17 degrees Celsius), which, unfortunately, we weren't warned about in advance. The receptionist kindly tried to find slippers, but was unsuccessful (but we weren't counting on that; it wasn't included in the apartment price). We were a little surprised by the request to wash our own dishes (which is normal), but also to dry and put them away, which took up a lot of time when we checked out."

"Good location (for both, either for arriving and parking you car, or for short walking distance to the town centre). Very good price/value ratio. The room was nice and spacious, bathroom is fully ok (although bringing your own shampoo is recommended - they have liquid soap, but not in shower compartment; no worries about good towels, however). The bed was nicely spacious (a really good point for the category, where beds often tend to be too short) and reasonably comfy (just don't try to compare with 4+ star properties). Friendly and welcoming staff, though you are asked to communicate your arrival time, and there is no 24/7 reception. Have stayed here once previously, and likely will consider the place again."

"A beautiful, spacious two-bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and clean, nice furnishings. Behind the house is a very pleasant courtyard with seating. Free parking across the street in an open space. Right next to the center, on a quiet street. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. We were very satisfied and if we go to Ventspils next time, we will stay here again."
