"Il campanello d'ingresso non funzionava. Sono dovuto entrare in giardino e farmi vedere dalla finestra con la luce del cellulare. Una sola persona all'accettazione. La ragazza all'accettazione non sapeva del guasto del campanello. Gliel'ho fatto verificare io. Nessun appendiabiti nei gabinetti e nei bagni . Porta della doccia guasta, sostituita con una tenda. Porta soffione doccia rotto. Maniglie rotte delle finestre, che però permettevano di aprirle e chiuderle. Piano cucina rotto e sporco. Scarsissima manutenzione. La maggior parte degli spazi del pavimento erano occupati da buste ed oggetti degli altri ospiti. Nessun armadio era disponibile. Appena un po' freddo di notte, credo che spengano il riscaldamento."

"Nice hostel with very comfy bed (great blanket too), super friendly stuff and a good location, walkable from bus/train station and in a lovely peaceful area. The people were so cool, they assigned a bed for me even tho I arrived late and booked late as well, couldn’t find much hostels at that time. They also kept my towel and even washed it for me when I came to pick it up in a few days. The bed was so good, I was super tired and slept like a baby. Didn’t have much time to spend in the common areas but they seemed quite comfy and nice too."

"The common shower around the room I stayed in is so tiny. There is more than enough place to wash yourself but I had to think a bit of how to deal with my clothes in there, didn’t find perfect solution, so maybe they need some hooks inside 😁"

While it is still accessible within 30 minutes on foot, those who rely on public transport or want quicker access to the city’s hotspots might find it less ideal. "This was a clean, cozy and friendly hostel that was perfect for a couple of nights in Vilnius. The staff were very kind, check in was easy (even when I arrived at 1am), and it was a nice and central location. The kitchen was well equipped. I met lots of friendly travelers here too. I'd highly recommend anyone checks out Rock 'n' Hostel!"
