You don’t need to visit a viewpoint, because you have it all. Bring you own wine for the evening to enjoy it from the very beautiful lobby and just BE. 🙏"

"The Sy Pavilion is a lovely place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The views from the room and upper terrace are spectacular. The manager and all staff are considerate, helpful and friendly and clearly take pride in providing a great service to customers. Austin the Tuk-Tuk driver was brilliant, helpful offers a wonderful service taking customers on trips around Kandy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is also very accommodating when taking hotel guests to and from restaurants and other places. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend the Sky Pavilion to all."

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy and would happily stay here again."

"Location peaceful n accommodating clean n spacious, views were spectacular and the hosts were remarkable. Austin the Tuk Tuk driver is amazing and really helped us get around with a brilliant city tour, the owners should be really proud as this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, breakfast looking out over the stunning views in the morning was magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel for the spectacular views and amazing hospitality. I would stay here without hesitation if I was to come back to Kandy. PS Austin is a legend & best Tuk Tuk driver in Kandy 🛺"

"Situation of the hotel and the views were spectacular. Very grateful that we were not staying in town due to the noise and pollution . Austin the Tuk Tuk driver was excellent and very accommodating to our needs as wanted to visit only certain places. His communication via WhattsApp was great. The hotel staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed the out of town position."

The room with the bathtub was truly impressive and beautifully decorated. The staff made a huge effort to make us happy — sometimes even a bit too much — but every small issue or request was solved immediately. Austin is available with his TukTuk to run you into town or take you to all the best sights in town, which I highly recommend. "Il nostro soggiorno a Yala Wild House è stato meraviglioso. Siamo arrivate e siamo state subito accolte dall’host e dai suoi adorabili cani con una stupenda passeggiata (walking safari) a Yala National Park, che confina con la struttura, dove abbiamo visto animali e l’host ci ha raccontato della sua storia nel luogo. Al nostro ritorno abbiamo mangiato una cena buonissima e dopodiché l’host ha suonato un tamburo per noi coinvolgendoci con il suo adorabile spirito. Ha organizzato per noi il safari la mattina dopo, e ci ha portato la colazione al sacco, poi al nostro ritorno in struttura ci ha fatto trovare un’altra colazione, sempre buonissima. Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, ma l’accoglienza dell’host e la meraviglia della struttura e della natura che la circonda sono state veramente memorabili e sicuramente lo consiglieremmo a chiunque!!! È stata veramente un’esperienza unica che poteremo sempre nel nostro cuore."

"Abbiamo trascorso una notte al Camp Leopard nello Yala National Park ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Abbiamo alloggiato in una delle tende del camp: semplice ma molto confortevole e soprattutto pulita. Lo staff è stato estremamente carino e accogliente fin dal nostro arrivo, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. L’atmosfera del camp immerso nella natura rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale, perfetto per chi vuole vivere l’esperienza del parco in modo autentico. Un’ottima scelta per chi visita lo Yala National Park e vuole provare l’esperienza di dormire in tenda senza rinunciare al comfort. Consigliato!"
