"During our stay, we experienced a few inconveniences: The owner imposed check-in and check-out times that differed from our official Booking.com confirmation. This was only disclosed to us upon arrival, leading to unexpected scheduling conflicts. The owner requested we hand over the blankets for washing early in the morning while our children were still asleep. The air-conditioned rooms did not have hot water. The entrance gate was consistently locked, requiring us to call the owner each time we needed to leave or return, or to operate it manually ourselves."
