Terrazza stupenda da dove si sente il mare, ottimi succhi di frutta fresca e buona anche la cena che abbiamo provato, disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Lo consiglio"

"This is a perfect example of accommodation where pictures don't lie, and when the ratings meet the expectations. You get exactly what is shown, and even better. It is worth taking the ground-floor king room - more spacious and direct access to the pool. The breakfast was great. The bathroom is awesome, and the AC doesn't blow directly to your head when sleeping. A perfect 10."

"Very clean, comfortable stay. Lovely pool. Bit isolated but only need a quick tuk tuk or uber to lovely beach side restaurants. There is a beach 200 yards from the hotel."

"A lovely accommodation with a good swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Meals on the upstairs balcony with plentiful food. Staff very attentive and helpful. The location was quiet and only 50m from the beach so we did lovely walks along the shore. Waves strong so best to swim 400m along the beach in front of the hotel there which has life guards."

"There is a lot of garden space and greenery and the pool is so lovely. Breakfast was really tasty especially the Sri Lankan food. We appreciated the effort and friendly service of the staff and the convenience of checking in at night and having plenty of space for parking."

"The room which we stayed in and the bathroom was clean though average and not too modern. No balcony as such and the lighting was not too warm. Overall the villa feels more like a homestay. The sea is just next to the Villa though we could not swim due to the reef and rocks."

"The property is so beautiful and right near the beach. Mosquitos nets over beds and beautiful large rooms. Great sized bathroom also!"

"If you are looking for a busy hotel Nil Menik Villa is not for you, very quiet only 4 bedrooms. We felt it was our own private villa most of the time as we had 2 rooms. Lovely pool, whole villa well maintained and clean. The food was good and everything cooked to order, so we gave our dinner preferences at least an hour before, which wasn’t a problem If like us you have done a whirlwind tour of Sri Lanka IMO this is the perfect place to chill before the long flight home."

"The guy who waited at table was very nice and helpful but he did have a tendency to stand near the table and watch us eat, which we found slightly uncomfortable"
