"La vista è meravigliosa ma bisogna considerare che sorge in cima ad una collina, è necessario quindi il tuk tuk per muoversi, per noi non è stato un problema."

"Posto bellissimo con una vista fenomenale immersa nella natura! Camera spaziosa, letto comodo e stanza pulita, la doccia era bellissima. Si trova sopra una collinetta ma è vicinissimo alla spiaggia , soprattutto se noleggi un motorino come abbiamo fatto noi. Il personale è ottimo, gentile, cortese ed educato. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene, ideale se cerchi del relax e se ti piace trovarti nella natura. Il cibo è veramente buono, colazioni abbondanti dalla più europea a quella più tipica del posto. Lo consiglierei vivamente a tutti, dalle coppie alle famiglie agli amici!"

"We had a beautiful stay at Lara’s place! The host and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming. The accommodation is set in a stunning location overlooking the sea. We had the best night’s sleep we’ve had since arriving in Sri Lanka, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!"

The breakfast was amazing different Sri Lankan style everyday, Lara talked us through each dish & what it was & the correct way to eat. We loved our stay."

"Wonderful location, high up with stunning views especially from the breakfast area. Good sized room with a wet room shower and mosquito netting. Mini fridge and kettle. Large outdoor seating area."

"Unfortunately the house next door has 2 dogs who bark loudly very early some mornings. On our last morning the accommodation ran out of water which caused a problem with showering and flushing the toilet. They delivered a large container of water to every room which helped but not ideal. Due to the location some Tuk tuks don’t want to go there and others charge a premium."

"The hotel itself is really beautiful. The dining area on the rooftop offers incredible views, and the staff are absolutely lovely. They even allowed us to take a shower after we had already checked out, before catching our transfer to the airport, which we really appreciated. The food was also quite good and varied, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, everything was excellent."

"The only small downside is the distance from the main road to the hotel. It usually requires a tuk-tuk ride or a fairly long walk, and some tuk-tuk drivers were reluctant to go all the way up the road, so they sometimes dropped us off at the bottom and we had to walk up. Other than that, the place is excellent and I would definitely recommend it."

"Its a beautiful, authentic, and quite place to stay. for me this is the perfect size of hotel (5 rooms or so) the rooms are comfortable, clean and bright. the view from the breakfast-terrace is wide open and also the breakfast is very Sri Lankan adapted for us europeans."

"Stunning views. The room was comfortable with a balcony with views over Galle. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Shower had hot water and they even provided incense to burn on the balcony to keep away the mozzies."
