"The rooms are large and comfortable ( Hotel has a new wing with beautiful rooms built late 2025 . Food was of excellent quality ."
"The road outside was tight and busy . Noise levels from music seemed excessive and went on late . Staff not as attentive as they should have been."
"A lovely setting in the busy town of Unawatuna. Rooms in the original building are a bit dated but comfortable . We viewed the new wing and the rooms looked gorgeous. Food was exceptional ."
"Unfortunately the service was very poor. Difficult to catch the eye of staff to place orders for drinks, and then they arrived incorrectly. The easiest things to fix by training the staff and keeping an eye on them. Breakfast took over an hour to arrive one day as they forgot the order!!!"

"The hotel is located right on the shore. The beach is clean and sandy. There are sunbeds and clean towels. The rooms are simple and clean, but have everything you need. There is air conditioning. Cleaning was done every day, and towels were changed upon request. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I want to especially mention the staff – very friendly, attentive, and kind."

"This hotel is in a prime location with amazing friendly staff. You are greeted with a freshly prepared cold juice in their beautiful reception over looking the beach. The restaurant on site has a fantastic variety of option's, with delicious refreshing cocktails to enjoy, all on the beach. The room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the water through the tree's. It's the perfect spot for couple's looking for a bit of night-life on a Saturday night, as the hotel has parties on a Saturday night, and if your a family, , Sunday through Friday is best. Overall a really fantastic stay!"
