"Il soggiorno ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. La vista mare dalla cabana è meravigliosa e la spiaggia davvero incantevole, con uno spot per il surf proprio di fronte all’alloggio. Il cibo è eccellente, in particolare la cena: ogni sera lo chef propone piatti diversi. L’esperienza resta comunque molto semplice e a contatto con la natura: molte cabana, così come i bagni, sono aperti. Se non siete abituati a questo tipo di ambiente o alla presenza di insetti, forse non fa per voi."

"La capanne sono molto belle, in mezzo alla natura, si sente il rumore del mare dalla stanza. La struttura offre la possibilità di mangiare cena, il prezzo è all’incirca di 10€ a persona. Si può fare anche colazione ma i prezzi non sono economici."
"Non ci sono vetri sulle finestre pertanto entrano tutti i tipi di insetti, anfibi o altro. Dentro il water abbiamo trovato tre rane."

"The most beautiful picturesque spot, so peaceful and literally on the Lighthouse surf break. Staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and they bring you anything you order to the multitude of beach beds. They've thought of so many little details to make everything so easy and pleasant"

"Beach life! Very basic but expect to be sandy, salty and happy. Right on the beach and very chilled out stay compared to Arugam bay or other parts of Sri Lanka. Great for some down time, surf and good food! Easy to get to Arugam bay and has everything you need serving food all day, drinks etc. BBQ on Sunday nights is awesome!"
"It is mainly about the surf here just to be warned, there’s not much else available if anyone in the party doesn’t surf. The waves a quite big as well so makes swimming very hard and not the best beginner place - even though it’s quieter if you’re a beginner best to start off in Arugam bay to get a few waves under your belt. Instructors are super friendly and happy to visit you though and know some good spots this way."

"Hilltop Cabanas – a beautiful and truly epic stay. Almost deserted beaches, a wonderfully designed jungle-like property, and an open treehouse with the perfect view of the ocean in the distance. Open-air showers, excellent food with the tastiest Rice and Curry, and creative combinations of Sri Lankan and international dishes. A fantastic and lovely team—so kind, helpful, and friendly—made the stay even more special. Great events such as beach BBQs with campfires or movie nights, plus comfortable beach beds and loungers. Even the drive to the property feels like a safari, with herds of elephants, peacocks, langurs, and wild crocodiles—though the resort itself feels perfectly safe. Excellent yoga classes, surfboards of all sizes (though all quite worn). An unforgettable experience for me, my wife, and our children."

The location is stunning—right on the beach with hardly anyone around, which made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee with a sea breeze was unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a quiet, beautiful setting."

"Il nostro soggiorno a Yala Wild House è stato meraviglioso. Siamo arrivate e siamo state subito accolte dall’host e dai suoi adorabili cani con una stupenda passeggiata (walking safari) a Yala National Park, che confina con la struttura, dove abbiamo visto animali e l’host ci ha raccontato della sua storia nel luogo. Al nostro ritorno abbiamo mangiato una cena buonissima e dopodiché l’host ha suonato un tamburo per noi coinvolgendoci con il suo adorabile spirito. Ha organizzato per noi il safari la mattina dopo, e ci ha portato la colazione al sacco, poi al nostro ritorno in struttura ci ha fatto trovare un’altra colazione, sempre buonissima. Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, ma l’accoglienza dell’host e la meraviglia della struttura e della natura che la circonda sono state veramente memorabili e sicuramente lo consiglieremmo a chiunque!!! È stata veramente un’esperienza unica che poteremo sempre nel nostro cuore."
