"Una segnalazione di merito allo staff della reception in particolare Lulu che in più di una occasione con tempismo estrema gentilezza, disponibilita' e professionalità ha risolto ogni problema e soddisfatto pienamente ogni richiesta dandoci l'aiuto ed il sostegno necessario."
"Mancanza di comunicazione: al momento della prenotazione l'hotel si è preso carico di prenotare due biglietti del treno per Bangkok. Nel frattempo da quanto capito la collaborazione con l'agenzia dei treni si è interrotta ma dall'hotel nessuna comunicazione in merito. Risultato arrivati in hotel a 3 giorni dalla partenza del treno abbiamo scoperto di essere senza biglietti cosa che avrebbe potuto creare estremo disagio."
"The staff were very friendly and supportive. The staff were fluent in english. The place was very clean 10/10. Rooms included all amenities that you expect. The location is right in the city center, near Parkson Mall and Vientiane Center. Rooms were very spacious. They've also included extension cords for EU,US plug points as well. Our stay was very short but its was very much worth it for the value. This is a newly built place."

"New and Comfortable inn with friendly staff and good service. The location is in the downtown, walking 5-10 minutes to the Parkson shopping mall or Si Muang temple or central bus station, 15-20 minutes to mekong riverside or Patuxay park. The room is big and clean."

"Nanni die Rezeptionistin, ist die lustigste und hilfsbereiteste Person die wir auf unserer Reise kennengelernt haben. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ist aber verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Das Hotel bietet Abholservice an, um weiter nach Vang Vieng zu reisen. ( 150.000 Kip / pro Person ) Wir sind mit dem Local Bus von der Grenze ( Thailand ) aus dahin gefahren (20 Minuten Fahrzeit). Die Bushaltestelle ist unmittelbar neben dem Hotel."
