Pullman Luang Prabang

Staff were amazing, there was a good range of tasty breakfast items to suit everyone, and the room was absolutely stunning with a big comfortable bed! Would highly recommend to anyone going to Luang Prabang looking for a luxurious stay! ⭐️"

"Pullman is an oasis within an oasis. Luang Prabang is very laid back with a beautiful coffee culture woven into the traditions of the monks that live there. The Pullman is a short ride away (they provide a shuttle to and from the post office every hour during the day) and really is stunning. Lush greenery, epic vistas and three lovely pools to relax next to. There is a well equipped gym. The staff were absolutely superb and our small problem at check in was resolved quickly and efficiently by Avril. Toto checked us in and was so helpful. Both Avril and Toto gave us WhatsApp numbers to contact when needed which was great. The breakfast was varied and the stand out was the variety of coffees available. Tong made the best piccolinos and always served with a huge smile. We stayed in a suite which was huge, clean, cool and had a very nice Illy espresso machine. There is also a small organic farm on site which was lovely to wander through"

"The only negative was that a few pieces of cardiovascular gym equipment were not working whilst we were there and we were told it could take a long time to fix them. The gym can also be very hot but the AC machines work very well and quickly."

"Breakfast. In a 5 star hotel, they should offer fresh juices and homemade jam. Moreover the pastries where not excellent. I cannot give 10 because of the breakfast."

"Staff at the highest level, especially girls at the reception. Great breakfast. There are tents to the city, but we downloaded the local taxi app and were not tied to the distribution of the tent. The hotel looks and feels 10 of 10."

"Beautiful rooms with a huge luxury shower that had super high pressure and large comfortable beds. We ordered the Laos brekfast baguette and the teriyaki steak baguette from the Ateiler restaurant for lunch and it was 10/10 chefs kiss. Free shuttle to the town was so handy."

"Only small downside was room service as it was slightly cold and felt like the pad Thai had been sat around for a while"

"The staff were unbelievably helpful, kind and efficient. For the majority of our stay, we didn’t see other guests so we had the luxury of having the pools to ourselves. We quite liked the distance from the main town as it meant the hotel was very quiet. There was a free shuttle provided too. They helped us organise our train tickets and tours (waterfall, Mekong sunset cruise. Food was good and varied!"

"Wonderful property, beautifully designed and very relaxing. We are so happy that we booked to stay here, it was such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and the grounds were very calming to walk around."

"Hotel is wonderful! Many compliments to the landascapers and designers because i've never seen anything like that. The pool areas and amazing and to overlook the rice fields is a real wonderful experience. The room was awesome, so big, a huge bathroom, all the amenities."

"Restaurant maybe needs a bit more attention. Staff doesn't seem to be well trained on English speaking customers, but overall was pleasant. There were few guests so breakfast was a la carte and was yummy. The half board menu for dinner is pretty limited, so you'll end up choosing from the a la carte which is quite pricey."
