"The Location. 10/10. From the airport bus ride #10 or #12. 200 tenge only. Go down Baiterek, and ride bus #40. Another 200 tenge .It will take you to the hotel. In front of Eurasia Mall. So very easy to find."

"The 24/7 Reception and the staff in general are really helpful. Even if you don't speak Kasach or Russian, they will find a way to help you. The breakfast isn't expensive and meets the general needs. Below the hotel is a restaurant called Container which serves nice dishes and seems to be well known by locals."

Номера в хорошем состоянии, очень удачное расположение - в радиусе 5 минут ходьбы ТЦ, макдональс, несколько продуктовых и кафе, автобусная остановка. Нормальные кровати с добротными матрасами, в номере несколько розеток. Можно на несколько часов оставить вещи до/после заселения."
