"Alla reception sia Natalia, sia Alina sono persone valide e aiutano in tutti i modi. Chi si occupa delle pulizie delle camere lo fa in modo accurato. E la posizione è perfetta per visitare Almaty (che comunque è vasta). Davanti c’è un supermercato che propone anche una buona e varia gastronomia. E nello stesso edificio c’è anche un ATM. Ci tornerei."

"Non ho trovato accoglienti i ragazzi che preparano la colazione, e paiono vivere a rallentatore. L’orario della colazione inizia alle 8,30, ma non bisogna aspettarsi di potere iniziare a fare colazione prima delle 8,45/8,50, perché i ragazzi iniziano a preparare il cibo alle 8,30, mai prima. E questo, per chi vuole visitare la città, va tenuto presente in quanto, non si può mai uscire prima delle 9/9,10. Fortunatamente quanto preparano è decente."

"I stayed in a single room for 5 nights. Great location: on the main street with the short distance to Astana Square, MiG exchange office and Panfilov park. Room: could be tight if you carry more than one piece of checked luggage, otherwise everything was fine. Warm enough. Comfortable bed and pillow, shower working fine. Breakfast: Decent but enough. You have few options on the menu (I would always choose omlette and didn’t regret it). You also get a tea or coffee. Service was fast and dining area very nice."

"Staff didn’t speak English much, but that’s the situation like in the whole city everywhere you go. So prepare some basic Russian phrases in case you need some assistance other than standard ones. Even though they couldn’t speak it, they did their best to meet my needs."

"The lady at reception was amazing, helped us in exploring places, speak english. the room was heated room so no issue with cold temp of november. Indian resturant at walking distance, breakfast was good, everhthing was good , just opposite to mall so you can bring things easily. next to bus stop if you travel by bus."

"Amazing little hotel in the centre of the city. Staff was super friendly, everything is clean, room is big and cozy. In room there is everything what you need - from slippers to toothbrushes. Breakfast is from the menu and it's absolutely gorgeous, thanks to the chef. Also beds are very comfortable."
