"Uno dei migliori hotel della vacanza in Kazakistan, l’hotel ha una posizione fantastica in pieno centro a turkestan, la camera è molto spaziosa, il bagno perfetto e la colazione assolutamente di livello servita nella stessa sala dove alla sera è possibile fare cena in un ottimo ristorante etnico. L’hotel è collegato a un ristorante etnico che alla sera serve ottima cucina di vari paesi tra cui Turchia, Azerbaigian, Kazakistan, Uzbekistan e kirgidstan."

"Personale efficientissimo , professionale e disponibile. Ambiente rilassato e rilassante nonostante si tratti di un business hotel il che da un valore aggiunto al soggiorno. Ottima la colazione anche essa servita in uno splendido dehors chiuso all altezza del giardino interno . Posizione eccezionale : dalla stanza vedevo la cupola del Mausoleo."

"Comfortable, clean, spacious room with a nice balcony for sunset drinks. The location is very handy to visit the mausoleum. Staff were helpful- even when communication was challenging they used google and did their best to help."

"The hotel is about 5-10 minutes away from the Hodja Ahmet museum reserve and even closer to two parks. We had a room with a balcony and could see the Hodja Ahmet Mausoleum (or one of us could, as the hotel sign blocks the view in the other direction). The hotel is on a quiet street and the rooms are well appointed - large bathrooms with good water pressure and a generously-sized basin. A large and comfortable bed, too. Not only is the breakfast excellent, but hte restaurant lunch we had a delicious lunch that was probably hte best value meal we've had in Kazakhstan (it is a 'Turkic fusion' menu that offers Uzbek plov and samsa, and achichuk tomato salad, and Azerbaijani or Georgian kebabs as well as steppe food such as beshbarmak). The staff are welcomign and we really enjoyed our stay."
"The price was as high per night as for our one-bedroom apartment in Almaty, which also has a kitchn, but that is Turkestan for you. In that context, it is very good value."
