"This was the best hotel we stayed at in Kazachstan. It was very clean and the rooms were spacious with good showers. The staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit and vegetables and freshly made coffee."

"Номер выходил окнами на задний двор. В углу двора было немного мусора, который можно было бы убрать. Ночью лаяла собака (скорее всего из соседних частных домов). Поскольку я открывала окно на ночь, лай меня напугал, а затем даже после того, как окно было закрыто, я практически до утра периодически просыпалась из-за ее лая. Коллеги, у которых окна выходили на другую сторону, лай этой собаки не слышали."
