"The host met me, showed me around the apartment, and described the neighborhood, which has a large shopping center nearby. The apartment is clean and has large windows facing the mountains. The air in the apartment is very nice, not moist. All appliances are working. Flexible shower with strong water pressure."

"We enjoyed our stay so much. The location of the flat is just perfect. It's right in the city center. Shops and restaurants are so close. The flat is very comfortable, has lots of space in the room. It's fully contained and has everything for short or long stay. Anna and Leonid are kind, friendly and very helpful people who provide information for us about the city and answer all our questions. So glad to meet them and stay in their flat. Highly recommend and definitely will be back next time. Thanks a lot!"

"Сотрудники компании, предоставляющей это жильё, очень доброжелательны, отзывчивы, вежливы. В квартире, помимо индивидуальных зубных щеток, зубной пасты и тапочек были 2 бутылки воды, пакетики чая. На кухне хорошая и чистая (!!!) посуда для приготовления еды (почему-то в квартирах в этом районе с посудой проблема), это порадовало. За два года поездок в Алматы из десятка квартир, в которых мы останавливались, эта квартира - самая лучшая, и компания самая лучшая. Чистота, уют, комфорт - всё супер. Постельное белье, полотенца - всё чистое, приятное. Кровать - это отдельная любовь, она тебя после рабочего дня просто будто обнимает, мягкий приятный матрас. Заселение и выселение вовремя, без проблем прошло. Это квартира, в которую хочется возвращаться. Надеюсь, мы сюда еще вернемся. Спасибо!"

"Excellent location in a quiet residential area, just steps from the waterfront and close to shops and coffee spots. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped — fresh linens, a comfortable bed, quality furniture, and a modern bathroom. I appreciated the extra touches, such as toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, and a full bathroom kit. After a long flight, it was a real comfort to arrive at such a well-prepared room. The facilities and service are fully consistent with a 4-star standard."
