"La struttura era facile da raggiungere comoda con molti mezzi vicino. C’era sempre la zona cucina aperta a tutti gli ospiti e l’ingresso con codice per arrivare a qualsiasi ora. La tv non ho capito come funzionasse però era grande. Il pavimento era riscaldato quindi c’era sempre un bel caldino e non pativi per niente il freddo. Il self service di asciugamani e spazzolini era molto comodo. Ma soprattutto ho apprezzato moltissimo il servizio clienti, quando ho chiesto di cambiare camera per i problemi riscontrati e si sono mostrati subito molto disponibili. Hanno risposto a qualsiasi ora.❤️ in linea massima se non hai grandi aspettative (e ti piace dormire su un materasso duro) va bene come punto di appoggio per dormire e basta"

"Appena arrivate ci hanno assegnato una camera piccolissima che puzzava fortemente di muffa. Le lenzuola erano sporche e con buchi di sigaretta e la misura della trapunta era troppo piccola per due persone. L’estetica della camera era trasandata. Sembrava avessero improvvisato dei lavoretti fai da te, non conclusi. Nella seconda camera hanno messo un apparecchio elettrico per assorbire l’umidità suppongo perché si sentiva meno (grazie). Le finestre sono finte.. perché aprendole vedi il muro 😂 è stato strano e buffo, ma non è stato un problema per noi. Il bagno (ma questa è una cosa normale in Corea) ha il soffione della doccia che bagna tutto ovunque perché non c’è un vetro o tenda doccia. Il materasso era di marmo..durissimo 😅ho fatto fatica a dormire… ma con tutte le camminate che ti fai in Corea crolli ugualmente."

"La posizione dell’hotel era buona, avevamo tutto a portata di mano, anche se abbastanza lontano dal centro. Aveva anche un servizio di lavanderia di cui non abbiamo usufruito, che sicuramente risulta essere un punto a favore."

"Camera troppo piccola, il che portava ad avere il getto dell’aria condizionata addosso, che oltretutto era installata su un muro con la muffa. Mancava un ascensore e sporcizia un po’ ovunque."

"Abbiamo avuto problemi con il self check in e solo dopo un' ora dal messaggio inviato attraverso l applicazione ho ricevuto risposta, oramai avevo risolto da solo. Stanza sporca con lenzuola macchiate. Finestra ceca che dava sul muro. Non hanno fornito asciugamani da doccia."

"Located in a quiet street. The staff is useful. There is a water distributor (hot/cold) at the breakfast area where you can access 24/7. The room is spacious also the bathroom (conditionner, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and brosh included) and the beds are comfortable. The Tv is working well, you can stream Netflix etc… It’s was very quiet. Good location, near every subway station to get every where in Seoul or by walk by the underground shopping center to avoid the freezing temperatures."

"Breakfast is ridiculous, to sweet. The heating wasn’t so bad but the room was pretty cold, nothing comparable to the exterior but (we where at the rooftop rooms) our door overlooks at outside"

"I was really satisfied with this accommodation. It’s in an excellent location, easy to find and just a few minutes’ walk from the subway station. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. I also appreciated the information booklet provided in the room — it was filled with helpful tips about getting around Seoul, as well as recommendations for nearby restaurants. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything."
