"The staff was exceptional, really helpful at the ground level helping with directions and bus timetable. Especially a young man who was very helpful and even told us eta on next airport bus. The room itself is very comfortable and well styled. The location is right in the middle of Hongdae."

"The place did not have any coin laundry to give the option of self laundry service. Would be nice to have this facility."
