"Quiet location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff"

"The room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at reception during the day."
"On the downside, the elevators were always very crowded. For such a big hotel, having only two elevators results in long waiting times – I even ended up using the emergency stairs a few times because the wait became unreasonably long. Another negative point is the gym: one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a gym, but it turned out to be very small, overcrowded during peak hours, and had limited opening times. The gym area also wasn’t cleaned daily (I noticed an empty bottle on the window shelf for three days)."

"The hotel offers rooms with a stunning view of the harbour! Ours was exactly like that and we were able to enjoyed the view even from the bath tube. Room size was perfect for people with large suitcases."
"We were not able to turn off the light between the bed and the bathroom which was operated by motion sensor. That was bad, because every time when you go to the bathroom during the night, this light turns on and the other person is also getting awake."

"체크인시 리셉션의 직원 응대가 좋았고, 모르는 부분에 대해서도 정성껏 설명을 해 주었습니다. 침대도 편하고, 주변 상가들- 백화점, 편의점, 식당가가 많았고, 교통도 지하철 남포역에서 충분히 걸을수 있는 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 관광으로는 버스로 여행하기 쉽고, 야시장, 비프광장, 자갈치 시장등은 걸으며 스트릿푸드를 먹을수도 있습니다. 참고로, 노스하버 호텔 리셉션은 8F 에 있습니다."
"엘리베이터가 3대나 있음에도 불구하고 너무 느립니다. 같은 건물에 호텔이 2개나 있어 사람들이 많을때는 엘리베이터를 오래 기다려야 합니다. 화장실에 휴지를 넣지 말라고 하는 표시판이 있어 규정대로 따랐지만, 화장실 변기에 문제가 있어 직원이 신속하게 바로 해결해 주었습니다."
