"Il personale molto gentile,hanno fatto di di tutto per poter comunicare,la posizione è perfetta,in un vicolo,dove non si sente rumore,è in un quartiere pieno di vita,tutti i giorni puliscono la stanza e riempono il frigo di acaua,c'è anche la possibilità di farsi bevande calde o preparare cibo in scatola.Noi eravamo all piano 8."

"Le lenzuola del letto e gli asciugamani....da PAURA,pieni di macchie...abbiamo dormito sopra agli accapatoi che almeno sembravano puliti.Penso che il corredo e gli asciugamani fossero lavati.....ma le macchie ...sangue e altro....erano veramente tante...Meno male che avevamo i nostri asciugamani portati da casa...mai visto una cosa cosi..ma il personale era talmente disponibile che non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di segnalare..."

"Great location, easy access to local restaurants, convenience stores and public transport. Walkable distance to Myeongdong, Insadong and Gwanghwamun. The room we had was a little small, but it had a spacious Korean style bathroom. It was value for money despite the small room, as it was clean and close to facilities. The manager is friendly and can help with any queries. We were able to store a bag there for a few days whilst we travelled to another city (for a small fee). We will be returning on our return leg. Its convenient location trumps the size of the room."

"The only downside was we were in a lower floor and there wasn't really a window. The hotel is located in an alleyway and locals would smoke outside the entrance of the hotel, which was a little off putting."

"Hotel was great and central. Towel robes, slippers, easy check in etc, it was very pleasant."

"The hotel tried to charge us an extra $50 a couple of days before our trip after we had already booked and paid £60 for the room months in advance. They said it was due to a booking error they made. Luckily, we disputed this on message and they did not press this issue further."

"Really nice location, hotel with all the necessary for the stay. Staff was really nice. Location is very good, central with many options to explore around it and close to public transports. We recommend it!"

"A bit tricky to find - to anyone reading this, it's very close to the 7-eleven down the side of a building nearby."

"Hotel is centered in a food and entertainment zone, so all the adjoining lanes lit up and came alive in the evenings with (young and mature) locals who utilise the venues more than tourists. Easy walking distance to city centre Gwanghamun Square and palaces, and also to cultural area in Insadong. Proximity to Cheonggyecheon stream was a bonus as the blue-green artery provides a valuable contrast from the upper surrounding urban metropolis."

"Hotel entrance is a little obscured down a small alley, could probably do with a hotel indicator at both ends of alleyway rather than one flag at the entrance. It was a bit hard for my taxi to find for early return to airport, but made it in the end. A minor inconvenience if you're carrying a few pieces of luggage and big suitcase to get in and out of lobby, taxi drivers do help."
