Ever8 Service Residence, located in Sinchon, Seoul, is located between Sinchon Station and Ewha University Station. The front desk is open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. We inform you of non-face-to-face check-in after 11 p.m., so please let us know if you check-in after 11 p.m. Our agriturismo is a non-smoking building. Individual air conditioners, floor heating systems, free Wi-Fi, and can cooking in all rooms. The room is equipped with cooking utensils such as a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, induction, pot, and frying pan, and can store your luggage. The airport bus is bus 6002 and is about a 3-minute walk from Sinchon Station. You can park one car per room for free, but if you want to pre-register, you need to give the agriturismo your all vehicle number in advance. (Monday to Friday until 17:00, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not registered.) It is the closest complesso alberghiero to Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, and Shinchon Severance Hospital by walking distance. It is located close to tourist attractions in downtown Seoul such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, Myeongdong, and Namdaemun.

"The room has a washing machine which is convenient, it is very calm around, good for sleeping. The location is good with the bus 6002 direct to Incheon airport, many convenient shops and restaurants around."
"I arrived a rainy day, I was totally wet, I arrived a bit earlier and even if my room was ready the girl at the lobby really insist to make me pay for an early check in, which was not very understandable and without empathy, she prefer to let me wait and to be wet and cold, she even didn't have the idea to give me a towel or something to help me dry, she prefered to spend her time on the phone for private call!"

"Room had a good equipped kitchen with a very big fridge. Overall the room and the bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Shower gel was offered and the location is convenient located and quiet at night (almost no traffic noise). Staff was very friendly and speak suitable english."
"Lot's of food deliveries during the night, which is a thing in Seoul. The Delivery men are not very quiet but that is not the hotels fault. Also, you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper, which may seem confusing and weird for foreigners ;)"

"Topmost is the very helpful staff who accommodated every request we made especially with regards to assistance in the transportation because of my disabled daughter who is with us for a treatment in Severance Hospital which is just near the hotel."
