"The lift situation was odd with it being outside of the building. Noise from nearby pubs til early hours of the morning - bring earplugs. The pool is at front of hotel, and if you don't get a seat near the hotel end of the pool, it's not very private from the street."

"The name says it all - it was genuinely luxurious. Ample space for whatever you have with you, massive, western-suitable beds, and staff that were eager to help with any transport or excursions you want to get to whilst in Siem Reap."

"One note: there’s a nightclub near the hotel that plays loud music until late at night. Initially, it made it difficult to sleep. However, I mentioned it at the reception, and they immediately upgraded me to a room on the opposite side of the building at no extra cost. The new room was quiet, and the issue was completely resolved. Great customer service!"
