"Best value for money ever, very nice staff and owners. At arrival we received a small welcome souvenir. Shower: Good with warm water. Space: Good Air conditioning: Good Beds: Good for me. Location: Great for us. Very close to bars and restaurants with music and entertainment, but the guest house itself was calm."

"Water was leaking from the shower to the rest of the bathroom. Mattress too hard for my wife, she woke up with pain in her body WiFi: Almost non-existent in room 15. We were able to connect to the WiFi network, but especially from the bed, often we were not even able to connect to WhatsApp."

"Beautiful old wooden property with some nice touches of art. 15 minutes walking distance to Pun Street and plenty of restaurants and shops. No food except coffee and continental breakfast , but you can bring your own food as cutlery and crockery is available."

"Helpful host, he got us our tuktuk for our Angkor day + our night bus for Ko Rong at a good price and everything made very convenient. Also he cleaned the leaves in the pool every time I wanted to go there which was real nice and lent us fresh towels for the pool. Otherwise spacious three beds room with pretty bathroom. Very clean"
