"L'appartamento in se è completo di tutto seppur in maniera essenziale. Ventilatore e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionanti. Wifi ad ottime prestazioni. Lavatrice utilizzabile e funzionante di ultima generazione (sebbene abbia dovuto capire dopo da solo dopo qualche tentativo che andava aperto il rubinetto dell'acqua). Il letto è comodo. La camera era molto spaziosa al quarto piano molto luminoso e con una bella vista e con un balcone dove poter stendere il bucato. Bollitore elettrico, frigo, piastre elettriche per cucinare. Insomma c'è tutto. È in una ottima posizione dal centro proprio dietro al museo del genocidio s-21. Si trova in una viuzza abbastanza anonima ma molto tranquilla e silenziosa ad eccezione di quel maledetto gallo che alle 4:30 inizia a farsi sentire senza tregua"

"L'assenza di un ascensore al quarto piano dopo qualche giorno si fa sentire. Non dipende dall'appartamento ma a quel gallo che tutte le mattine alle 4:30 partiva con il suo canto io tirerei il collo 😅"

"Even though there's AC in the room, it's not included in the booking price and was told it was an additional $3/day. Didn't know it at the time and opted out of it but the room was actually pretty nice and cool without it anyway! You can also ask for a fan if you'd like! Also, staying at the top floor you get awesome views but have to go up a LOTTTTT of stairs haha."

"I had a large room, and a good sized kitchen and bathroom. Wifi was fine (although not superfast), and I had a good desk for work. I especially appreciated the balcony, the huge fridge and the washing machine. The location is fine, if you are spending a longer time in the city, since it is far away from the "tourist zone", but a tuktuk to the centre costs less than 2USD (using Grab - if you hail one in the street, it will cost you much more). The staff is nice and helpful - if you ever meet them, that is. Which is a good thing, because you can have as much privacy as you want in your apartment."

"I realised, after a few days, that if you wanted cleaning, you had to request it at the reception (in the house opposite). There was a huge gap between the door and the doorpost, you could actually see inside the room from the staircase. I was trying to cover it with something, unsuccessfully. There are not many good and cheap eating options in the neighbourhood, at least compared to the city centre. After Siem Reap especially, I was a bit disappointed with this. Also, I couldn't find one single café nearby, where I could sit outside and work on my laptop - in the centre, there are dozens and dozens of such places. But even with all this, my stay was excellent, and I would happily return if I ever visit Phnom Penh again."

"The room had everything one needed - a fridge, washing machine, hot water, a small kitchen, an AC. They had even kept some washing powder for us. Everything one needed."
