"Wir haben insgesamt vier Tage in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht. Besonders die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter hat uns tief beeindruckt. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, mit schönen Holzmöbeln und stilvoller Dekoration ausgestattet. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist zwar etwas teuer, doch die Gerichte schmecken ausgezeichnet. Das à-la-Carte-Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen."

"Wer einen großen, grünen Außenbereich erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein – der Poolbereich lädt nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein. Im Restaurant sorgten größere Reisegruppen für eine unangenehme Geräuschkulisse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen."

"Der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels ist zweifelsfrei das unbeschreiblich freundliche, hilfsbereite und stets allgegenwärtige Personal, und zwar in allen Bereichen. Erwähnt sei auch der freundliche Herr, der stets bemüht ist, das man als Gast schnell ein Fahrzeug findet oder sicher über die Straße kommt. Die Ausstattung ist zum wohlfühlen, das Restaurant tadellos und der Spa-Bereich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel bietet eine individuelle Führung durch einen nahegelegenen „Slum“ und eine dortige Schule an, welche ein vom Hotel finanziertes soziales Projekt ist. Sehr interessant, sehr empfehlenswert."

"It is a beautiful hidden gem in close proximity to Brassac Lane and the Royal Palace. When you walk through the main doors, you will notice the small oasis, smiling faces, and the scent of lemongrass. What makes this place special is the staff. They take special care to not only meet your needs but to anticipate how to ensure you are having a comfortable stay. It was a great home away from home while traveling solo. The complimentary massage at the LaRose spa was very good. Make sure to book it in advance. I think the all-day breakfast concept is genius. However, you may have to compete with the lunch crowd if you decide to eat later in the day."

"The bathroom set up. Need shelf below sink, and hooks for hanging bathrobe. Although, I did not spend much time in my room, I would have liked access to a TV just to see a local program. I didn't see where it was advertised that hotel did not have an TV's."
