"We didn’t have breakfast, but we saw that other guests did, and it looked great. This place is very cozy and makes you feel really welcome. The owner and his family are very friendly and kind. They did our laundry, rented us a motorbike, and the owner even took us to the city for free after our check-out. We were allowed an early check-in and could keep our backpacks there after check-out because our bus was leaving in the evening. I wish the owner and his family all the best. :) Thank you!"

"Excellent new and clean comfortable room. Medium not too hard matras but not western soft style. Helpful manager. They have aroumd 5 different types of different motorbikes including dirt bike manual ones."

"We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The room was spacious, clean and very bright, all the facilities were perfect. The family who run the guesthouse are friendly and welcoming, very lovely people. I would recommend getting breakfast included as it was very good. "After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough. The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane. The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable. Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep. All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
