"The hotel is beautifully designed, wooden carvings from ground to top. Location is a bit hidden, but this provides a quiet and peaceful stay. The staff was kind and attentive, they also allowed us to leave our baggage at the reception at the day of our checkout which was so helpful as we were leaving later in the evening."

"Wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated, extremely spacious rooms with all the necessary ammenities. Conveniently located in the center but in a quieter side street. Lovely staff, welcome drink and cold towels. The rooftop bar is good and reasonably priced, the swimming pool is super nice and clean. The airport transfer cost more or less the same as a Grab so that was a pleasant surprise. I was initially very worried about the dogs barking at night, but they usually calm down pretty quickly and it didn't bother us. Pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper but you should be fine."

"A few suggestions to make it a 10: a water dispenser would be a nice addition instead of water bottles (same for bath products), also the doors and furniture should be checked/fixed. It's not a big problem, just little details, but for instance in my room the bathroom door did not properly close from the outside, which wouldn't be an issue (it locks from the inside) except the bathroom windows are also poorly fitted, so insects can come in/cold air can escape. Similarly the upper corner of the wardrobe doesn't close properly, meaning the mechanism for the automated light inside stays on. I don't like the AC blowing directly at the bed but considering the layout I don't think there's another option, and at this point I'm just nitpicking."

"Clean, good looking hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. It's in an alley but still in a great location. The room I got was spacious and had a little balcony. The staff were friendly."

"Inconsistency with getting hot water in the shower. There was no hand soap. No mini fridge so I couldn't cool my water."

"It was home away from. Mr Dina, the manager, was very attentive and helpful. He would book a tuk of needed, offer help on locations, and be available to answer any questions even over the phone. Both staff at the roof top restaurant were friendly, kind and helpful. I enjoyed the Cambodian cuisine."

"It's not something I didn't like, but a suggestion. The young girls at the reception were very sweet and considerate but were unable to converse in English. A little brush up on some basic words might help."
