"L'hotel è molto pulito e lo staff è gentilissimo. La piscina è piccolina ma tenuta bene ed utilissima dopo una giornata ai templi di Angkor. Per la colazione non c'è un buffet ma si ordina alla carta, una buona colazione. La posizione è eccellente: a due passi dal fiume e da pub street ma fuori dal relativo caos, vicino ci sono alcuni ristoranti e un supermercato. Abbiamo prenotato con loro un tuk tuk (remork) per 2 giorni per visitare Angkor, ci siamo trovati molto bene."

"The hotel is in an awesome location, very central, right across the bridge from the old market and one the same side as the night market, easy walking to Pub Street. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy and great sized bathroom. The in house massage was wonderful. I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean. There is a supermarket next door and also a laundry service so you have everything you need. My room was at the front and it was a little noisy with traffic and the Hard Rock Cafe with its nightly band was super loud but it finished at 10/11pm and I just used ear plugs so didn't bother me."

"I actually had a different hotel booked but cancelled that one as Blanc Smith was recommended to me by someone who had just stayed there! The hotel itself was more than what I had expected, it is so close to the markets, shops, restaurants and the staff were so lovely!"

"The hotel was located close to the night market, river and Pub Street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The security guard was brilliant at helping the taxi driver park and back out onto the street. The pool was very clean and refreshing on the hot days."

"I stayed at this hotel for about a week, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the area, very convenient. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel, but it’s quite expensive. If you walk about 100 meters down the street, you’ll find a much larger and cheaper supermarket. The service at the hotel is very good. James is a friendly and pleasant staff member who’s always willing to help. The housekeeping is excellent — the room was cleaned daily, and they even changed the sheets when I asked. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but overall the atmosphere is nice. The only downside is the price, which is a bit high compared to other places in the area. There are hotels nearby with the same standard at half the price. Other than that, everything was very good."
